ACCELERATOR:
six-month online acceleration program, start - April 27, 2023
IFG Lab. Startup Accelerator is NOT just the usual accelerator like many others. Our acceleration program is focused primarily on the ACCELERATION OF YOUR FUNDRAISING PROCESS. Our goal is to help early-seed startups that have just started or plan to start fundraising for their seed round to do it quickly and effectively.
early-seed stage, post-revenue, fundraising-focused
“
Our acceleration program is for early-seed, post-revenue startups which have just started or plan to start fundraising for their seed round. We focus on helping startups to do it quickly and effectively.

Working with us for five months, both at online meetings 2-3 times a week and independently with your team, you will fully build a systematic campaign to raise your seed round: prepare materials for investors, prepare and launch e-mail and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, start forming your own warm network with investors. All this will be done according to the various types of methodology used in the best accelerators; for example, 500global, Alchemist, YC, based on the experience of Microsoft, IBM outreach campaigns, and so on (everyone knows that raising a round of investments is a B2B sale).

After five months of working together, a DEMO DAY for international venture investors will be held for the course participants, which will help you both with the round and building a personal network.

How it works
1
Send us your request for pre-qualification
At the very beginning, we ask you some questions about your stage and plans for the fundraising: how much you are raising, the time you have for it, etc.; about your current cup table and English level. Our experts will check your current pitch deck.

We will discuss terms and do short due diligence.

The duration of this stage is about one-two weeks.
2
Developing an investor relations strategy
Strategic discussion: we look at your current stage and synchronize our visions, strategy, work structure, expectations from the campaign, and a picture of the result.

During the session, we will propose a five-month action plan since this is the optimal period to do the most important parts of fundraising: asset preparation, creation, and work with the pipeline of investors.

The duration of this stage is 1-2 hours.
3
Creating all the assets for the data-room
At this stage, we will gather all the important information about your team & product, prepare documents, and create all assets for communication with investors.

With the help of our experts and all the templates provided, you'll create or update your data room with a pitch deck, the text of your pitch, a teaser, invest memo, a video pitch, and a money request e-mail to investors.

The duration of this stage is 2 months.
4
Working with pipeline of investors
After we prepare all the assets, we'll start our work with investors. At this stage, we will create and work with a pipeline of investors.

We will:
- create a list of the most relevant investors and funds,
- manage the mailing list,
- build and maintain communication,
- modify and complete presentation materials upon further requests.

The duration of this stage is 3 months.
